Product Features
1.Output torque 53000Nm, increased by 15% than QT485 axle in the industry; a single reduction drive axle with the maximum torsional transmission capacity in China, and its B10 lifetime over 800,000 km;
2.Using specific housing steel plates and optimizing the structure of final drives with high loading capacity and good reliability to realize light weight, and the axle weight reduced by 20kg;
3.Adopting “Sandwich-type” differential structure to improve differential supporting stiffness and torque-transmission capability, and enhance the machining precision of differential spiders;
4.Using differentiated arrangement for final drive bearings to improve the bearing comprehensive lifetime by more than 15%;
5.Adopting the structure of wheel end oil lubrication and outboard brake drums to realize oil changing and friction disc replacement without removing wheel hubs, which ensure more convenient maintenance and lower maintenance cost;
6.High braking torque, reliable braking performance and optional disc brakes.
